Two or three notes about earlier reviews. There is now a hose outside to help you clean off sand (but no mat at prime of stairs), as well as the fridge looked pretty new and wasn't rusty.

The beds were decently comfortable (not the best but failed to hinder our rest), and there was plenty of Room to stow our stuff so we failed to have to look at suitcases, etc. all week. Being right to the beach is without a doubt the selling point and our favorite attribute of this house.
The residence is as marketed - nothing fancy to the house but wonderful location over the beach. No, the house will not be full of the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of home for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't loads of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or bongs destroy.

Previous reviews talked about the outdoor spigot not working - it truly is still not working. Hence the house obtained lots of sand in it.

There is often a water spigot Found at the bottom in the stairs resulting in the beach, but it really doesn’t function. It would’ve been nice to have been capable of rinse feet and other objects off before going on on the deck or during the house.
